Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation.  If an item is no longer available due to a previous sale, we will notify you immediately.  Please consider jewelry, boots, and purses are handmade will love and care.  In the event that your order is time sensitive, please contact us and we can make special arrangements.  Boots may take up to 6-8 weeks before shipped out if out of stock.  All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail, insured.  However, I can also ship UPS if you prefer.  Just let me know at checkout time in special instruction box.

If you aren’t completely satisfied, please return items within 7 days from date of purchase in original condition with all packaging intact, items must be unworn and we will be happy to exchange your purchase or refund your credit. Returns must be authorized ( please call or email for authorization number) and postmarked within seven business days after purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Sale Items are final.  If there is a defect or damage to your order please contact us immediately (within 5 days of receipt) to resolve the issue.  Please enclose a copy of your original receipt so that we may know how to credit your account.  Please ship any returns with sufficient insurance.  Turquoise Haven can't be responsible for returned items which have been lost in shipping and cannot issue refunds for lost items.
